Holbeck to Europe: the cloth connection
Join Europe Direct on a tour of historical Holbeck.
Beginning and ending at Bridgewater Place, the highest building in Yorkshire, the trail takes you around the Holbeck Urban Village.
You will see some of the iconic buildings around Holbeck and hear the history of the men who contributed to the development of Holbeck, a place which has been called ‘The Cradle of the Industrial Revolution.’
