Leeds Institute of Health Sciences researches to improve the health of individuals and populations and works to create a healthy and sustainable environment. Local community groups involved in urban regeneration and reclaiming public spaces for planting and growing to create a healthy and greener world showcase their work.
Come and help us create an indoor garden, get involved in planting and printing and view our own ‘home grown’ exhibition. Kids can join in with our musical vegetable workshop from 5.30-7.30pm, making musical instruments out of real vegetables and performing on them in the vegetable orchestra.
